SF, I can assure you, I know about the strengths of VPE's assets.

However, in my experience, incompetent management can ruin a company with even the rosiest fundamentals. Case in point: ADY. Once had a brilliant future, today a complete basket case.

That's why I am concerned about incompetent and self serving management, where ever I see it.

In VPE's case, there is certainly a competency issue, as 27 years of failure to deliver a profit shows.

Self serving? Just look at the recent 'performance' option issue, which even Tui found objectionable.
