I have no income but my shares in Lithium Mining have given me a really good Capital Gain. ATO will get 34% if sold before 12 months of owning the share, 50% reduction after this period Do I have any chance of the chaging the following, paying the Govt $34,000 for each $100,000 capital gain or having shares longer than 12 months ATO return to them of $17500 hard earned mpney.
