The thing about these diplomatic trips is that they don't announce anything that has already been negotiated and locked in. The agreements signed tend to be "final approval" type paperwork. Looking at companies like General Dynamics, for instance, the deals were already announced to the market through the usual trading updates.
So, while they're impressive, I'm not sure that from the investors' perspective that they're material.
