The cost of AWM shares issued to Tower shareholders is dependant upon the cost of each Tower share paid by the shareholder eg for 1000 Tower shares you receive 291 AWM shares, However, 135 Tower shares are cancelled. The effective cost per AWM share if the original cost per Tower share was $1.00 is then 135/291 or $0.4639. The AWM entitlements will cost $0.80 and are issued on the basis of 394 for the original issue of 291 AWM, a ratio of 1.354.
So, you really have to calculate it out for each individual since it all comes back to your original purchase cost for TWR.
