ETFs are traded on **promotion blocked** under a different set of rules to companies. As a result they don't have AGMs.

As to the treatment of distributions - I don't personally own it, but I would say that, when one invests one would get the opportunity to define where the proceeds of distributions go, just like any other share.

I would say however that you probably shouldn't expect there to be much in the way of distributions given the way US companies are currently paying
