I come up with a current P/E multiple of about 5x with Oil at USD 70.

No question this is undervalued. JP Morgan apparantly have a price target of 3.87 - which is quite plainly ludicrous and they ought to be embarressed publishing such trash. The reckon the most overvalued jnr oiler.

Again total rubbish. Some were saying the same the same thing when OXR finally started rumble upwards from 1.10. I also distinctly recall WPL being 'overvalued' when at $16. Thank god I dont listen to clowns.

I think a few funds are holding off to see qrtly report to verify earnings landscape. Chinguetti has also go a couple of nervous nellies out there shivering in thier blouses and bitting their nails over whether cliff head will deliver.

Is good opportunity for med term hold as they are delivering geniume profits and the early movers will be rewarded best. The fundamentals alone support the price - but with Biebu drill and Angola coming up - its also got quite some sizzle.
