I did and exited the whole amount. The whole things smells of something wrong. I think the NAV of 80cents is the main concern and the Costa announcement(which was negative) which came after i committed to the bookbuild.
Whatever the yield is, always look at the NAV. NAV is 80 cents and without a proven track record, should either trade at a discount or at the NAV.
