The market doesn't trust INL management.That is clear by the 90 odd % decrease in the share price.
They have promised big things for so long people just don't believe them anymore.
The longer we go without an announcement the more the share price will get hit.If the deal isn't forthcoming they are finished i.m.o.
I still think they will pull something out of the hat, or should I say I hope they do.
