    BYL in Nov confirmed on track for first half profit of $5m a great turnaround . Their accountant recently said that there has been no adverse events that could change that .
    Projected full year profit of $10m on market cap of 16. P/E about 2 .
    However bidding for work tight but BYL have learnt from previous experience with main roads work.
    Heading for 21 cents I believe after interim report 22/2.
    Starting to move up nicely over the last week.
