I really want to have confirmation we are back inside the debt covenants and I'm betting I'm not the only one, as long as we are outside them a windup notice could come any day from the bank.
Would assume the only reason they have been so patient is that they are getting some extra money in return, either that or the bank thinks it wont get anything in a windup scenario.
So much could change on a dime considering the amount of write downs that really seem to have been excessive now especiaally seeing as the road dispute is out of the way and that some previously idled equipment that was written down is now being used.

BYL`s accountant says that the road in dispute is totally settled and behind . Looking forward to 21or 22/2 reporting.
