As I posted on this some weeks ago there will be nothing in it for existing shareholders and they will lose as mentioned here 20% of the value of the company> Its not the first time that they have done it and wont be the last. It will cost you 20cents to buy into the new company. The present company is now worth 13.5 cents and the new company will cost you 20cents for 20% of old the original company. No value here. Wills and co have done it before and will do it again. No thank you from me
