Sorry about the typo. I own them under several different entities (Trust Fund, SMSF and business name). I think I am about number four on the list (or I was prior to the last placement) but then there are probably others who own more shares through different entities.

For legal reasons the shares could not be held by Trusts, SMSFs and business names as such as those are not legal entities.

As Trustee of the above you certainly could hold shares in those vehicles but they would then, most likely be consolidated in your name for the purposes of being a top 20 shareholder so you would listed as the holder of those shares if indeed you held them.
