Another question...As I do fit the financial criteria could I just make a company, in who I have a holding, aware of my financial position and they would then put me on their list of sophisticated investors. I trade through Commsec and bank with Commbank so they certainly know my financials but they have never given me an opportunity to invest as a sophisticated investor. They only ever give me IPO opportunities.

aaaahhh just realised I don't qualify because I don't meet the standards mentioned in your first paragraph. I am only a pathetic optomist. 'And FMS are good and have a long way to go', he says optomistically.
