From what I can gather, the PP party have 'won' four of the 5 'council' seats in the Retortillo (Salamanca) region, which 'promotes' a 'pragmatic' energy-mix, and apparently 'shares' the view that 'stacking' the CSN with a known 'activist' is a major conflict of interest...
Still a risky play, but the 'odds' look to be 'swaying' in BKY's favour atm...
