    If i recall correctly when adams joined the share price rocketed to 1.4c. We are about 7 to 8 months on and the share price is 0.4c. He has most likely agreed to be paid in shares because he knows ESH doesn't have enough money to pay him in full and survive the end of the year without a CR.
