I'd prefer to partner with someone who has 800,000 likes then someone who has zero.

End of the day prefer someone who brings in 800,000 users but going to be hard for someone with zero followers/likes to get 800,000 compared to someone who has 800,000 users already engaged with them.

FYI I'm not expecting 800,000 users from this just using social numbers as an example.

You can use whatever you like for your DD - I just use it to gauge how large their potential audience is but yes it can be bought but take 1% if you like.
