"ANZ Bank sells 38m UXC shares

Australia and New Zealand Banking Group sold 38,181,099 UXC shares between May 8 and November 7, falling below 5% and ceasing to be a substantial shareholder. The shares relate securities lending agreements."

... that's 19.5% of the total issued capital of UXC sold during that period... no wonder the share price has been under so much pressure... hopefully now we'll see at least a stabilisation (if not some up!)
