If by "gold deal" you mean the sale of Doherty's, that was finalised months ago. Final tranche of that due this week at latest. But you will find after paying back the director who mortgaged his house for $1m and who is getting 3% for his efforts, and all other creditors, plus paying fees etc to the party who acquired Doherty's ( cos they introduced it and what a sham that is) there will be NOTHING left for drilling or exploration.
