i think the govt have already seen the light... they will fully support once proven that commercially viable. in the past clean coal has not been viable in terms of energy to produce the clean coal being greater than the saving in emmisions, also in $$ cost - but I am confident that esi are close to this - then the snowball effect where private and public seek to get involved
