Hmmmmm. It seems that a lot of people who come into contact with QPN catch the company contagion......they simply cannot supply clear and precise and timely information.
AKL has been asked for simple confirmation a number of times and appears not to have her radar adjusted to pick up those requests.
Reminds me of Anthony who has had conversations about improving communication and then cannot deliver any.
