Mobile stroke scanning would actually be a negative for AGN. If the at the scene scan showed it was a intracranial bleed, rather than clot, for example, then the drug wouldn’t be given. However if the ambos don’t have the mobile scanner they are going purely off symptoms and would give the drug empirically.
