    Given the stats for stroke surely an unlucky candidate is being wheeled into a stroke unit at one of the 10 hospitals at least over the weekend.

    I wonder how permission is provided by the stroke victim prior to dosage.

    I am not sure I would give permission being an unproven drug ( although proved safe on healthy persons ).
