There is no reason for a machine like that to be used in ED when the ED’s have excellent standard CTs at their fingertips. The resolution for a mobile scanner is inevitably going to be lower, so it’d be used in the field to detect large vessel occlusions which may be amenable to giving thrombolysis, and/or ARG-007 in the field. But for more intricate detail will always need to use the hospitals CT, or MRI if available.
