Think they can beat cost plus 4% ?
(Which is what WEB charges and is now in break/even or cash flow positive territory).
The market is already well and truely taken.
Any business plan to operate in competition to WEB would have to consider losses for 3 years - and shareholders won't want that.
Only sustainable business option is to buy WEB out.
