Your assuming that the Sports party guy gets a seat rather than whoever the wins the lottery in the new WA senate election. Could be anyone and I'd imagine there will be litigation as well by PUP given that they won a seat intitially. But it looks very likely to be decided by a new election which will be interesting given how on the nose the Libs have been even in a state like WA.
