It is remarkable though that in two & half months there has been no explanations, no updated info, no hint of any meeting being called to appoint an administrator ......

There is still some cash left in the kitty so they're just hanging around. They've drawn 3 months of salaries since arriving at the conclusion that the company was not viable, and probably paid more legal fees.

I like to imagine they have been spending this time occupied with ASIC questioning them at length about what has transpired.
