I think that ECT is like an elastic band. After all these years, the tension has been building. A lot of people are watching us, and when (not if) the announcement comes out, tension will be released. Depending on how detailed the impending announcement is, people may not get in below 2c.
And I'll even venture a guess that 3c would be pushing it. And that's short term. Long term, 3c will be a bargain
