I think it is because they don't have many shares left to sell. The other interesting observation is - hardly anyone is selling at these levels (except anz). Otherwise there would be more 17c trades going through. Boy! Is this thing primed to bounce when anz stops selling!
Does anyone know of any other good stocks in a similar situation?
