Hello Duped,
MMMM.interesting info.
What could it mean?
ANZ want to maintain OCV voting rights?
or does the ownership/voting rights issue/arguement/position? have to be consistant with
a stance already assumed in the opes predicament/case?
I am just jumping all over the place with little, very little understanding of such things....
I always disliked the trading last day in jan. 08, with scant asx ann re substantial holding changes...but a broker would know how it could happen,i suppose.
I was a bit disappointed by this link found on ANZ HC thread....
http://www.aph.gov.au/Senate/committee/corporations_ctte/fps/report/c04.pdf
because it explains that there were 'different'conditions/groups? of ownership of some undisclosed shares ...ie clause...4.14,4.16, 4.18.etc.
Ownership appears a bit complicated,imo.
Ownership re MFS/OCV could prove important imo...for voting at the very least?
I see your ann is dated 8th jan 2010.
What do you think has happened to warrant a correction of the ANZ 18 dec 08 NOTICE?
Thanks for the update Duped.
By the way I couldnt find any ASX anns...havent paid asx?.
How did you find this one?
Thanks for sharing the info, anyway.
