Don't know about the UK.
Was listed in the US and is or already has taken steps to delist from there.
SOX and other regs just make it too difficult and costly evidently.
In 10 years the discount on ANZ for going down the Asia path will either look spot on or a no brainer opportunity. Buying exposure to a high growth area for a discount. Mmmmm. That seems pretty obvious on a risk-return basis.
