no, in that case we would have seen that for all the affected shares of all companies. Plus it isn't really be a trade as such as they already had them in nominees accounts. Another example is INT, where it was announced on 3/4 that they had done with the selling (and see todays ann by them)
Juddy's right, the ann today was pretty pointless as it doesn't account for t+3 amongst other things. We really need to wait for the individual disclosure that they're promising
