The behaviuor around the $95m loan to amend the lending provisions is well documented but even that is eclipsed by the insistence by ANZ that Anthony Blumberg retract his allegations before they would release him from a personal gaurantee.
As any lawyer will advise, this type of action under such circumstances is criminal.
