I hope we do NOT settle with ANZ prior to a trial. This thing needs to go through complete discovery. The governemnt are not going to do a royal commission for us...so lets do it for them. We have done everything else for them to date. This thing needs to go the whole hog...warts and all.
I note from todays press that ASIC have paid the Federal Government income 'dividends' of $1Bn over the last 3 years...laughable.
So we will just have to do ASICs job for them through discovery...using our time and money...not the taxpayers.
