i can see ANZ, like lehman, doing a rights issue. For ANZ it will probably be around $13 to $15. Timing...who knows...depends on what other skeletons have yet to emerge from the bank. Systemic risk management and supervisory breakdown is the problem and Smith is going to find it hard to remove the cancer which is embedded deep into the culture.
