Why would ANZ formally reply to a legal notice requiring it to disclose the True Owners were
(The Relevant Interest Holders and Beneficial Owners)
That it(ANZ) was NOT the Beneficial Owner
If it (ANZ) was and was relying on a waiver
ANZ say it has always been the Owner and as such has the right to sell the shares
ANZ say they are relying on a ASIC waiver that didnt require them to lodge Substantial shareholder notices
Prior to this ANZ said in writing in response to a 672 notice said it didnt hold beneficial ownership
We hold a copy of this notice and it responses
