Hello again Klob25,

A Quote to update You re Possible Short Selling of THR in the past Year. My view, is that ANZ should have to at some stage Buy Back those Shares which they have allowed to be Loaned out and return the Shares to the rightful Owners.
ANZ have failed in their'duty of Care',by becomming involved in this with Opes Prime.

sorry to hear that...Trader Dealer emailed me this January after I had a whinge on hot copper about Commsec. I ignored the email as it was unsolicited - did anyone else get contacted who had their email visible on Hotcopper?
