I believe these offmarket transactions by Tricom were later let through and completed. This is fertile ground for discovery. Why it has not been aired further surprises me...I suspect it was gagged by the receivers who are acting for ANZ...who has an interest in Tricom...its unbelievable what this bank is getting away with
