I guess if the reversed transactions by Tricom were not reversed to ensure Tricom got its collateral...perhaps tricom would have gone into administration
The conclusion one could draw is that Opes was sacrificed to keep Tricom alive...Chimaera was also given a lifeline by ANZ...but for whatever reason the bank decided to bury Opes...it could have been Minters advice to ANZ to go down this route
Although I cannot see the logic
