A bit rich Finkelstein saying he does not want to put poor old ANZ to any excessive hardship. This is a bank that has ruined peoples lives and destroyed companies.

I think I would be calling for Finkelstein to remove himself from the case or be removed. I do not have any confidence in him.

As I have said prviously Turpu is much better off being heard in NSW.
