It would seem that way, but PE is probably a better measure than dividend yield. To be a pessimist you'd say 6.7% dividend isn't that great when mortgage rates are 6% and rising (risk free / tax free return). However, I still like ANZ, I'd just like a bit cheaper entry point per my post above.
