There was support more recently @ $22.40. This could be tested by the end of the week. If we break below that, then I see the the possibility of a sell-down to about $21.70 as investors crystallise capital losses leading up to EOFY. After that I would expect a fairly quick bounce back (at least a 50% retrace in July). All of this assumes no other significant events.
Current falls may already be caused by early EOFY selling, or anticipation of EOFY SP fall. It happened last year so investors probably expect the same again. WBC & NAB are showing teh same pattern. CBA is holding up better, but there are still 4 weeks to go.
