A very good write up from Goldman in CommSecOne or Platinum this morning.
I thought it was a fair pricing ratio as well with an additional 18.4% upside and thats conservative to yesterdays SP.
I was going to post it but it possibly would have been pulled by HC...
One of the best write ups i have seen from a broker for a while.
I have little faith in Brokers how ever i do a lot of reading before buying into anything and as this SP falls i accumulate having also bought for divs.
A DIV over 7% in due course is not out of the question, thats not a bad return when you can sleep at night knowing its not going to go broke anytime soon.
