I think $30.00 is very conservative, all being equal l think we're in for a bull run.
All that money that the government threw out there has to find a home, mass migration, zero interest rates and the typical cycle has the clock at 20 to12 l believe.
l sold some stock 10 years ago @34.00 (ish) and l believe we're there again.... I'm putting $36.00 on this over the next 12 months. Once interest rates start dropping we're off.
I think $30.00 is very conservative, all being equal l think...
