Thanks for posting that link. Difficult to access CRU research without a subscription.
2012 as the point of supply meeting demand is the view taken in the UN & IFA research that I have read.
With regard to the new projects around the world others will be facing the same funding issues as MAK. As a result will this date have to be revised. As to their viability and profitability I guess that comes down to how low the North Africans are happy to let the price fall.
