just had a thought why ANZ are selling on market and not in whole to GF as originally was thought...One of JT angles when going to court was that it was going to jeopardise a 50mil joint venture and also the control of CQT if GF increased there over % stake. ANZ might be taking that legal angle away from JT and increasing the transperancy by selling on market.
If it is GF buying at least it is out of ANZ control now and besides they can now sell it for 60c rather than 35c
