Re my punt "I'll wager that ANZ don't write down a further $1B or more this year in relation to CDS counterparties."
I'd say it's fair to allocate the $153M USD CVA to CDS c/parties. At USD/AUD 0.96 that's $159M AUD down, $841M AUD to go. About $40M a week.
