What you have stated above is not new.. matter of fact i reckon the first started advertising this 6 months or more ago... i believe it is an absolute joke but would not sell me shares just purely because of this. I am selling down (only sold hslf of mine so far) simply because they are the furthest behind in terms of technology and developing their IT systems. I was so disgruntled with their sharebroking website i wrote a letter to the ceo and manager of the division. Never got a reply from either of them but they did get their executive complaints dept to handle the matter. Over the next few years i am migrating all of my services away from them. Be advised this is the only bank i have ever been with and i have been a customer for 35 yrs
