Get your wife/sister/mum to submit the same complaint and you will get a reply.
However away from the blatant discrimination, you are on the money with their IT services and e-trade is an epic fail.
Their focus should be on fixing and promoting these business services, obviously they are screwing customers if they can afford to spend millions on these adverting campaigns spreading falsehoods whilst their systems are horrible.
