Same thing happened with Opes.
ANZ have tried to get out of that but one brave individual is doing his darndest to stop it and he may succeed. He has no appetite to quit and it looks like it is heading for the High Court.
The cynic in me still thinks the lawyers will get the lot, but it would be kind-of cool if ANZ acknowledged their wrong doing and redressed the wrongs of the past two years so that everyone cane move on.
