John Terpu's case is currently before the NSW Supreme Court. Next mention is Friday.(tomorrow)
The managing director of Conquest Mining, is seeking damages after ANZ seized and then sold his company stake after Opes collapsed.
Two things of interest.
a. It is not in ANZ's home court Victoria.
B. Terpu is asking some of the questions we want answered. In particular Terpu is saying if ANZ had issued just one substantial shareholder notice he would have bolted. As would everybody else and this whole mess would have been avoided.
